    Unload carefully
    Do not drag & drop from height.
    Stack on a flat surface.
    Clean both surfaces after use.
    Apply mould oil after 3-4 uses.
    Use sealant on cut edges.
    Use minimum nails.

Craft MR Grade WWR Plywood offered by us is manufactured from core bonded with qualitative phenol formaldehyde resin. It is then passed throughout a chemical impregnation treatment under high temperature and vacuum pressure. The result is a high quality ply that can resist boiling water, cold water, climate variations and of course-powder and termite attack. They are suitable for exterior as well as interior applications like exterior furniture & fixtures, kitchen woodwork, bathroom woodwork, partitions, door panels & inserts.
During manufacturing of WWR Grade plywood, certain preventive and corrective measures are taken to improve quality, like using selected hardwood veneers of uniform thickness and liquid PF Resin conforming to IS 303.

Rajendra Plywood Fire Retardant Plywood meets IS 5509-2000 standards offering resistance to ignition, surface spread of flames and flames penetration by suitable chemical treatment. Fire retardant characteristics are a very important property to prevent propagation of fire at the initial stages. Flame penetration: The time taken for flame penetration shall not be less then 15 minutes for every 6mm thickness. Rate of burning: The time taken to lose weight from 30 percent shall not be less then 20 minutes. Flammability: The time taken for second ignition shall not be less then 30 minutes.
